On the repair we performed, unless otherwise specified
1What Your Warranty Covers
- The replacement part we installed, for the coverage period listed above.
- Our labor on the repair we performed, for 30 days unless otherwise specified on your invoice.
- We use new or manufacturer-approved replacement parts unless otherwise discussed with you.
2What Is Not Covered
Warranty does not cover issues resulting from:
- Misuse or neglect
- Power surges
- Water leaks
- Pest damage
- Improper installation
- Repairs performed by third parties
Warranty also does not cover a different part or a new, unrelated problem that develops later on the same appliance.
3Installing Your Own Part?
We are happy to install parts you provide. Our 30-day labor warranty covers the installation, but the part itself is covered only by the seller or manufacturer. Since we did not diagnose the problem or choose the part, we cannot guarantee it will fix the issue. Return visits for part failures or replacement installs are billed as a new service call.
Water and gas parts must be OEM (original manufacturer). For safety, we do not install aftermarket circulation pumps, water level sensors, drain pumps, drain hoses, water inlet valves, gas valves, gas valve coils, gas regulators or gas lines. Full details →
4Report Problems Within Your Warranty Period
Warranty coverage is based on the date you contact us, not the date the problem may have started.
- To be covered, the problem must be reported to us by phone or email before your warranty period ends.
- Requests received after the warranty period has ended are treated as a new service call, even if the appliance may have stopped working earlier.
- If you notice anything unusual after your repair, please contact us right away. The sooner we know, the sooner we can help, and the easier it is to confirm your coverage.
5How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Call us at (346) 379-3809 or email service@poweronappliance.com.
- Tell us your name, service address, and the date of the original repair (your invoice helps).
