Pricing FAQ
Why do you charge a service call / diagnostic fee?
The service call covers the technician’s time, expertise, travel, and full diagnostic process. If you approve the repair, we apply the $119 diagnostic fee to your final invoice, so you don’t pay it twice.
Do your prices include parts?
Labor pricing does not include parts unless we specifically state otherwise. We use OEM or manufacturer-approved parts whenever available, and we quote all part costs before installation.
Is the diagnostic really free if I approve the repair?
Absolutely. When you move forward with the repair, we apply the diagnostic fee fully toward the repair cost.
Are sealed system refrigerator or ice machine repairs more expensive?
Yes. Sealed system repairs require specialized tools, refrigerant handling, and advanced labor. Therefore, we quote all sealed system work in advance, before any repair begins.
Do installation prices include removal of the old appliance?
Installation pricing covers standard replacement only. However, if removal or uninstalling of an existing appliance is required, an additional $60 uninstall fee may apply.
Are your prices flat-rate or hourly?
Our pricing is task-based, not hourly. Once we diagnose the issue, you receive a clear, upfront quote — no surprise charges or running clocks.
Why do prices vary within a range?
Appliance repairs vary based on: Appliance brand and model, Built-in vs freestanding units, Access and disassembly required, Number of failed components. As a result, we quote the exact price after diagnosis and never guess in advance.
Do you offer warranties?
Definitely. We provide a 30-day labor warranty and up to a 1-year parts warranty, depending on the brand and part installed.
Do you service high-end and built-in appliances?
Yes, in particular, we specialize in built-in and high-end appliances, including professional refrigerators, wall ovens, cooktops, vent hoods, and ice machines.
Will I know the total repair price before work begins?
Yes. After diagnosing the appliance, we provide a clear repair estimate covering labor and required parts. No repair work begins until you review and approve the price.
