1. Work Area Preparation

To ensure a safe and efficient repair process:

  • The appliance must be easily accessible.
  • The surrounding area must be clean and free of clutter.
  • Please remove decorations, magnets, souvenirs, and other items placed on or around the appliance.

Proper preparation helps our technicians work safely and prevents accidental damage to personal belongings.

2. Damage Liability

While we take every precaution and use professional tools such as appliance sliders and oven dollies:

  • PowerOn Appliance Repair Service is not responsible for incidental damage, including scratches or scuffs to floors, walls, cabinetry, or countertops that may occur during appliance movement.
  • If you have concerns, we recommend placing protective coverings before the technician arrives.

3. Appliance & Surrounding Condition

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions related to the appliance, cabinetry, flooring, plumbing, electrical connections, or surrounding structures.
  • If the appliance must be moved to complete the repair, we will do so carefully; however, we cannot guarantee that surrounding structures will remain unaffected.

4. Estimates & Diagnostic Fees

  • The diagnostic/service fee covers the technician’s time, tools, travel, and professional expertise required to assess the issue.
  • If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee will be applied toward the final repair cost.
